The goal is to attract and increase the number of future cosmetology, barbering, esthetician, and nail technician students attending USCA. The audience is largely high school students who want a creative and independent career without the four-year university or people starting second careers. We have been crafting billboards to speak to the demographic and keeping their catalog fresh.
